1. Purpose of the App

The App is intended solely for the internal use of RGUHS officials, faculty, and staff to manage meetings, claims, and related administrative activities.

2. User Eligibility

  • The App is strictly for authorized RGUHS personnel.
  • Sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons is prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate information for claims and meeting records.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Any misuse, fraudulent claims, or unauthorized access may result in disciplinary or legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

  • The App and all its content are the intellectual property of Savyasasy Software Solutions and RGUHS.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for official purposes only.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided on an “as-is” basis.
  • RGUHS and Savyasasy Software Solutions shall not be liable for any loss, data breach, or unauthorized access arising from user negligence.

6. Termination of Access

RGUHS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
